Softball Ontario is proud to work with a number of great organization to help our youth succeed not only on the diamond but in life. Our goal is to breakdown any barrier limiting youth from playing grassroots sports and provide a safe space for them to play.

Girls At Bat
Girls need sport and more female role models coaching them in sports to ensure that they live long and healthy, active lives. Girls At Bat is Jays Care’s girls-only baseball program, designed for and by girls and young women with the goal of making playing and coaching baseball fun and safe for those who typically don’t have the courage to get involved in team sports.
Reviving Baseball In Inner Cities
The RBI program, administered by MLB’s Baseball & Softball Development Department, is designed to provide youth in under-served communities opportunities to play baseball and softball. As an RBI-affiliated program, the benefits to your organization are wide-ranging. It may include support in equipment donations; cash grants & RBI scholarships.

Individual Child FAQ
Jumpstart’s core purpose is to enrich the lives of kids (from 4 to 18) in need through sports and physical activity. We assist with the costs associated with registration, equipment and/or transportation.
CAAWS
We are dedicated to creating an equitable and inclusive Canadian sport and physical activity system that empowers girls and women as active participants/leaders within and through sport.
CAAWS & Softball
Softball Ontario is a selected provincial sport organization that is a part of the CAAWS Building Capacity to Increase Retention Rates for Girls and Women in Sport Project.
WISE FUND
The Women in Sport Encouragement (WISE) Fund invests in the development of female leaders in sport & supports organizations to strengthen their engagement of girls and women in sport. Since 2004, CAAWS has awarded $150,000 in grants.
